I am trying to find an antibody that will identify bovine species in
tissue sections. (I bet that sounds funny to most of you hospital
histotechs) We use this to confirm for example that pork sausage is
really pork and not beef, chicken, ostrich, etc. I have found a chicken
and porcine that work but I am having trouble finding a bovine that
works. (I also need a goat and sheep if you know of any). Any help
would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks,
Kathy
