Hallo Histonetters,

Does anyone have experience of FISH using the kit supplied by Vysis?
I have been doing FISH for 4 years now, with dig or biotin labelled 
probes.  Recently our lab has got involved in trialling directly 
fluorescent labelled 17 and c-erbB2 (Vysis). I have done 7 small runs 
(5 slides) and this is my second run with 15 slides. In this run I 
have experienced autofluorescence like I have never seen before. Not 
on every section and in some sections signal is still discernable in 
places, but in others all I see is green!!
Anyone had similar problems, or any suggestions?
