hil - The following formula is from Sheehan, 2nd Ed.
3.31 gm NaHsPO4.H20 (sodium phosphate monobasic)
33.77 gm Ha2HPO3.7H20 (sodium phosphate dibasic)
or
17.88 gm Ha2HPO4
Dissolve salts in 1 liter of distilled water
This formula is usually used for electron microscopy fixation. If you would
