I have found consistently good results using Dako's Wide-Spectrum Keratin
(catalog N1512)for an incubation period of 15 minutes following initial
antigen retrieval in Proteinase K (Dako catalog S3020) for 3 minutes.
When I initially assessed this antibody, I did find uneven staining using
both microwave treatment in Citrate Buffer and trypsin digestion. Perhaps a
different retrieval method may solve the problem.
Hope this helps.
