			this is another administrative paper trail. The purpose is to put on
paper something that looks good to other administrators and to the Federal
and state governments. Documents such as this are dangerous as on the
surface we assume that they are a bit cretinous and tend to only look at
them superficially, but in fact these documents can be pulled out from file
13 and used in a negative manner for other than their original purpose.
If this is the description for entry level individuals does this come with
a salary comensurate with these skills? I think not.
Also what is expected for supervisory positions, a degree in neurosurgery?.
what do yuour pathologists fel about these, I would suspect that they might
consider that some of these are encroaching on what their jobs are supposed
to be?
I would suggest that you write as set of your own criteria and make a
critical evaluation of these below to ensure that you have some input.
