Hi Judi,
DISCLAIMER*** I work for Zeiss***

WIth that out of the way, The Cryostar HM 560 is probably the closest thing
to the most ergonomic cryostat on the market. It has a elevator base to
adjust to different heights. It has a heated, padded work area that surrounds
the chamber so the worker can rest their hands, and the chamber is warmer
than most cryostats without sacrificing specimen and or knife temperature
(which can be indepently regulated). The light can be directed to the users
preference. And of course, it offers controlled, motorized specimen advance
and motorized sectioning. There are MANY other great options on this
cryostat but I tried to narrow it down to the top ergonomic features.
