I had an inquiry and cannot help. Perhaps some subscribers can advise on 
suitable equipment in Brazil or suitable equipment available from suppliers.

 "I am a physician in Brazil, South America, and I am doing a reasearch where I
 need to compare de volume of a breast tumor studied by MRI with the volume
 found by Pathology. So, I need a large microtome that could cut the whole
 breast in one slide, not only small tissue fragments."

Please advise to the Histonet or myself
