Hi Everyone,

I am just starting some in-situ's my first attempt was O.K. there was no
background but the signal was abit weak. I am using a triple DIG labelled
probe which is a 48mer. I hybridised at 55degrees and washed at 62degrees.
The probe concentration I used was 1.58microg/ml.

I don't know which to try first altering the temperatures or the
concentration of the probe??

Any suggestions would be greatful.

Thanks in advance
Tammaryn
