I forget which stupid question for the week this is but:
I'm trying to work up some immunocyto. stuff with fresh, unfixed tissue.
Would someone supply a ref. for protocols on this?
So far I've:
Cut sections
Let them air dry for approx. 2 minutes.
Put them into 70% EtOH o/n at 4 deg. C.
Brought them back to water and run an NCAM assay. So far so good.
I'd appreciate anyone who could give me additional steps/improvements.
