Histonetters All;
I have a question for all researchers out there in the ether...I need to 
consult with anyone who has started with tissue (preferably human brain from 
resection) and has then fixed, cut, immunostained, and examined at both light 
and EM levels.  I also want to use antibodies that when used on paraffin, 
require antigen retrieval.  Any replies will be appreciated and helpful ones 
will be treasured!
