Hello All,

I'll be REALLY glad when the IHC in mice and rats info. is compiled!

I am trying to get mouse tissue to stain for desmin; with minimal 
success so far. There is just a hint of a positive reaction, and 
surprisingly it is slightly better without ag retreival (tissues are 
FFPE- 5um). However the rx is just too weak overall. Is there 
anything peculiar about IHC staining for desmin (in mice) that 
I should know about? (I used citrate buffer in steam for HIER
and a polyclonal, rabbit anti-desmin).
