Dear Jim, In our hands Santa Cruz CD117 (c-Kit) Ab at 1:200 for 25 min after HIER with EDTA works fine. Use normal gut and stromal tumor as positive controls. Mastocytes will also be stained. Regards Andre J. Balaton Centre de Pathologie Bievres France
