Hi All,
We have recently received our CAP checklist for inspection in September.
One of the new questions in the Laboratory General checklist states: Are
precautionary labels present on the containers of all hazardous chemicals
(flammable liquids Classes I, II, and IIIA: corrosives; irritants;
asphyxiants; potential carcinogens; etc.), indicating type of hazard and
what to do if accidental contact occurs? Phase II Question Number 01.7285.
How are labs labeling each container on what to do if contact occurs?

Thanks in advance,
Donna Willis
