Hello Histoland,

I have a  question regarding Antigen Retrieval.  If you are doing a double
label can you use Antigen Retrieval before your second label on Fluorescence?

I have a antibody that I am using that we were told would work in Frozen but I
am trying to get it to work in paraffin.

Any ideas????
