Hi Jennifer:

What kinds of problems are you having with the spleen IHC, other than the fact
that it cracks, its bloody, and its hard to get good fixation!  I sometimes
find it easier to cryostat section after a quick "thumb warming".  We air dry
prior to fixation with acetone.  Are you cutting human or animal spleen?
