Hello all histonetters,

I used the Nova Red substrate kit yesterday and obtained a gorgeous stain.
However, when I dehydrated the tissue and ran it through Xylenes the stain
disappeared.  If anyone has any experience with Nova red please give me
detailed advice on how to dehydrate the tissue without losing the stain.  I
mounted them in vectamount.
