I have used PharMingen's Ly-6G(Gr-1) monoclonal anti-mouse antibody successfully in formalin-fixed paraffin embedded sections of mouse skin without any pretreatment or antigen retrieval. Mary Ross Med Micro and Immuno Ohio State University
