Hello all,
I have a question concerning generating a positive control. I'm using
an iNOS antibody and am trying to get a slide with not just positive
staining, but maximal staining. I have iNOS protein and would like some
way to get it to stick to a slide or onto a tissue. I've tried just
drying it onto a slide, but expectedly, most of it gets washed of in the
buffer rinses. Is there a way I could incubate a section in the protein
and expect it to stay there through the staining? The reason behind
this is to get a maximal level of staining intensity for image analysis
purposes. Any suggestions are appreciated.

Thanks,
