I was wondering if anyone out there finds anti-CD31 antibodies from Pharmingen
(which are the only ones I'll use, they're great) are finicky in paraffin
sections due to overfixing. In other words, in my hands I find that even if
the tissue is slightly overfixed I have a hard time with anti-CD31. Any
suggestions or comments?
