Our form is very simply.  We just record the amount put on the recylcer and then record the amount recovered.  It is dated and initialed by the tech running the instrument. Since we still have the glass recylcer which requires boiling chips.  The run in which the chips are changed are starred.

Our lab now has several solvent recyclers.  We need some type of forms to
track the solvents recycled from each piece of equipment.  I was hopeful
someone out there could give me an idea of what your form looks like or how
you keep track of this.
