Cliff, and all other 'vendors',
Please don't let the views of 'the few' deter
you from participating in meaningful discussion on the HistoNet. The
'front line Histotech' lacks the time, resources and expertise ( in
engineering for example ) to research and develop instrumentation,
reagents etc. We are therefore interdependent on each other. It is
only reasonable then, that all concerned should have a voice in issues
which are relevant to both groups. Obviously blatant advertising would
be 'frowned 'upon, but the occasions I've seen this happen have been
few. Quite apart from raising our awareness of products that the
different companies market, Cliff rightly points out that many of the
'vendors' have years of experience to draw upon. It would be a shame for
the majority of us to lose out on this.
No connection with 'vendors' of any type :¬)
