Joseph,
St.Joseph's Hospital I work in, is a renal transplant centre for this
region. We have 24 hour/7day coverage in that the pathologists have a
list of all 7 histotechnologists' phone numbers and one of us has always
been available (except once in 22 years, when all of us were attending a
baby shower of a colleague, who was not on the list). That's when we got
