Dear John,
If you are located in the United States, I invite (encourage) you to call
Sakura at 1-800/725-8723 ext.2 to reach Customer/Product Support. Some minor
instrument adjustment(s) may be necessary to direct the film's placement on the
rollers during its travel. We are sorry to hear of this experience and would
offer immediate service dispatch. There would be no charge for this service
call. Should you be outside of the U.S., please reply to me or your local
Tissue-Tek distributor for your specific contact for this service.

Sincerely,
Nancy Klemme, HT(ASCP)

I was wondereing if anyone has had any problems with the new thinner
coverslipping film. Prior to the change in the film we never had any
problems, now quite often the film will split and we end up with slides half
covered down one side. Has any one had similar or other problems?
