Hello Micheal,
I use Inhibin from Serotec/Harlan in Indianapolis. Cat# MCA951S.
It works wonderfully with a pretreatment of citra buffer and used at a
1:50 dilution. I've been using an ovary follicle as a positive control. I
also use Dako's LSAB2 kit for secondary and tertiary antibodies. Any
questions, just e-mail back.
