I frequently use Cytokeratin Cam 5.2 from Becton-Dickinson Cat# 349205
It is a predilute, but my Dako Autostainer allows me to dilute it further.
I dilute it with the Dako Antibody Diluent at 1:1.  I don't pretreat at
all with this.  I use Dako LSAB2 kit for the 2ndary and tertiary and have
used other kits in the past (Vector's ABC) they all work fine.   Then
DAB.  I don't know what a Ventana ES is.  I guess that's your autostainer.
