Donna,
I too am having trouble with this antibody and I am using the Dako
Autostainer and all of Dako's reagents.  We're waiting to hear from the
lab at Sloan-Kettering Memorial Hospital in New York City who supposedly
have it going.  I'll let you know what happens.
