Muhammad, I purchased a Leitz 1512 microtome in 1980 and another (because I
was so impressed with what an accurate work horse my first purchase was!) in
1991.  Both are still in use and in very good shape, in spite of cutting
approximately 100-200 blocks a day at 5 down to 2 microns (depending on
tissue being cut). Dolbey-Jamison (1-800-220-3073) carries them, used only.
(They sell any used equipement as well as new Microm's) They are located in
Norristown PA.  Good-luck!
