hi,
i've done a lot of work with CD34...the aby we used was one produced
in-house...rbtxmse. we found it worked wonderfully on PLP fixed paraffin
embedded mse tissue (although it was adequate on NBF fixed paraffin stuff).
it did require citrate buffer antigen retrieval. other than that i had no
problems....used lymph node as a control.
i'm sure i could dig out the paper we authored about it if you're
interested.
