hi, i've done a lot of work with CD34...the aby we used was one produced in-house...rbtxmse. we found it worked wonderfully on PLP fixed paraffin embedded mse tissue (although it was adequate on NBF fixed paraffin stuff). it did require citrate buffer antigen retrieval. other than that i had no problems....used lymph node as a control. i'm sure i could dig out the paper we authored about it if you're interested. carrie kyle-byrne eire@teleport.com
