1.	Formalin fixed anaplastic lymphoma from lymph node. B5 fixation
gives poor results.

2.	Currently use Amplifier A & B with an overnight ab incubation at
room temperature - Results are good.
	I have not attempted using the High Intensity Detection kit.

	Those that have used the DAKO Anti-Human ALK Protein would you
please answer
	a couple of questions.

	1.  What control tissue are you using?

	2.  What type of detection are you using?

	We are using Ventana Nexes instruments.  After talking to DAKO they
	suggested using the High Intensity Detection.  Has anyone tried
this?
