Dear histoneters,

I apologize if I have sent this out already and you get double messages, but 
I have not seen it posted yet.

I am getting inconsistent results doing Estrogen and Progesterone receptors 
using non-formalin based fixatives. Does anyone have any references or 
experience doing Estrogen and Progesterone Receptors on tissue fixed with 
HistoChoice or alcohol-based
fixatives. What clones, methods or any other "tricks of the trade" work and 
why? Thanks in advance,
