We use the DAKO mAB to ALK1 (M7195) routinely. Our positive control is a t(2;5)-positive, anaplastic large cell lymphoma (CD30 positive). We use the mAb at a dilution of 1:50 for a 30 minute incubation (1:500 overnight) following HIER. We have obtained spectacular immunoreactivity with both LSAB+ and EnVision+ detection from DAKO.
