I will attach a copy to you.  To avoid having to make up this staining 
solution, buy Sandersons Bone Stain from Surgipath.  It is the same stain, 
only she knew how to simplfy and improve making up this very tedious, hard 
to prepare staining solution.  The stain is not stable, as it the potassium 
permanganate continues to oxidize the methylene blue over time and with 
exposure to heat.  Also, try to access the original publication for bone 
staining.
