I would be interested in people's experience with the SISH-test on the
Ventana-benchmark. 

SISH = Silver in situ hybridisierung for detecting Her2neu-gene copies.

The principle is metallography, where the bound HRP catalyses the reduction
of Silveracetat. This results in black dots, that can be detected with a
light microscope.
