Dear All,

Is anyone using osteocalcin for detection of osteoblasts in MOUSE 
tissue sections? If so, can you give me recommendations for your 
antibody and protocol?

I bought an Ab recommended in the archives from Biomedical 
Technologies, Inc. and it giving me nothing but heinous background 
(it's a goal polyclonal SERUM).
