Hi Natalie:

    I use anti-TH from Pel-Freez in Rogers, Arkansas along with a Vector 
ABC Elite kit. It is relatively easy to get good TH staining in CNS or 
adrenal medulla.
Are you using fixed, frozen sections or wax embedded?
Is your peroxide fresh (< 1 year old)?
How long is the tissue fixed and in what fixative?
