[Histonet] Laser capture microscopy to isolate sebocytes

From:"Castillos, Luminita"

Hi everybody,

Does somebody have experience on laser capture microscopy to isolate
human sebocytes? I have some skin punch biopsies and I need to perform
LCM to isolate sebocytes for RNA purification, amplification and gene
expression analysis. I am worried about: what type of staining I should
perform? What kind of RNA extraction kit I should use for these
particular cells and what is the RNA yield I should expect? I deeply
appreciate any feedback for this particular issue. Thank you in advance.

L,
