I am a grad student at the University of Missouri Rolla and I am working on 3D reconstructions of amphibians. We are trying to slice and stain some specimans that we have so we can do the reconstructions. I need to be able to dye the muscle and bone different colors and if possible stain the cartilage too, but this is not neccisary. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what technique I should use?
