The only way we have been able to do this is using Instrumedics Cryojane 
tape transfer device.  It is available in Europe, or go to their website to=20
access information.  This is the only way we could get 5 um thin sections 
of air filled lungs.  The instrument is NOT cheap, but is certainly the 
only one we have found that will do this sectioning.  II know people in 
United Kingdom have been able to purchase the instrument.

OR use vibrating microtome sections, these will NOT be thin sections, more=20
in the range of 50 um or more but suitable for CLSM and z stack imaging.
