Linda is correct on this and Jules Elias has a publication on this in J of 
Histechnology, low heat antigen retrieval.  Access the publication via the 
NSH office at histo@NSH.org.  I do not recall the buffer nor antigens he 
was retrieving, and not sure of the year of publication.
