Hello,
I just wanted to know what  inflammatory cells markers for Formalin
fixed tissue for IHC. I have CD8,CD4,CD 20,LCA,CD 68.Is there any
additional markers that you routinely do for inflammatory cells. The
other thing, Can anyone suggest a marker for apoptosis base on acute
inflammatory response? I hope my question make sense, I am asked to do
IHC in formalin fixed tissue on inflammatory cells on a research
project. Thank you.
