Stock EDTA- 5mM pH8.0
-put 1.86 gm disodium EDTA (dihydrate) into a 1L bottle and bring up
the volume to 1L with dH20.  Adjust pH with NaOH.  Store in
refrigerator----2 month expiration date.  
Working EDTA 1:5 dilution with dH20

Stock Citrate- 10mM citric acid pH6.0
-put 10.5 gm citric acid into a 500 mL bottle and bring up to 500mL
with dH20. Adjust pH with NaOH.
Store in refrigerator---2 month expiration date.
Working Citrate 1:10 dilution with dH20
