[Histonet] p38 immunochemistry
I have recently done some immunohistochemical staining with the p38 alpha
antibody. The antigen unmasking step in the procedure instucts you to soak
the slides in sodium citrate for 1 minute at high temp. (90C) and for 9 min
at medium temp.(60C). WHen doing this the bones on my slides seemed to
come off. Does anyone have a suggestion to help this situation? I need a
way to antigen unmask without having such a bad affect on my slides.
Thanks, Jessica
