[Histonet] Monkey lung

From:"Kim Burns"

You may want to consider devoting one lobe of the lung for frozen sections.
You would tie off the lobe and then inlfate it with diuted OCT. Freeze the
lobe over liquid nitrogen. The frozen lobe then can be sawed into slices and
the areas of interest taken for frozen sectioning. We have obtained
beautiful morphology of human lung ( large, small airway and parenchyma )
using this technique.
