I have been asked to recommend a book on cryohistology.
 
Do you have a recommendation for a good reference text on cryo
histology? We intend to be looking at GFP fluorescence and using diverse
fluorescent probes with our confocal microscope in assorted tissues and
cells. 
 
Can anybody help?  Does Conn's have a chapter on the cryohistology to go
with the stains information?
