[Histonet] Blocking in the CSA protocol

is made up with stronger concentration of avidin in order to accomodate
their CSA (tyramide amplification kit) use.
Kim et. al., An Improved Protocol of Biotinylated Tyramine-based
Immunohistochemistry Minimizing Nonspecific Background Staining
J. Histochem. Cytochem., Jan 2003; 51: 129 - 132. They use 8% Tryptone
Casein Peptone (TCP) and a distilled water/Tween wash to reduce
background staining with their first incubation of SA-HRP. Interesting
read. Haven't tried it yet.
