Fw: [Histonet] Room temperature
Keeping track of my ambient temperatures also helps me troubleshoot variable
IHC results. For instance... my lab was over 90 degrees one day last week
when the air conditioning went out. And yes, IHC results were different for
many antibodies. Talk about strong staining! (OK, OK.. so there was way
too background as well, causing me to repeat every single run when
temperatures finally got back to normal.)
