Re: [Histonet] anti-CDV, Neospora and TGE

From:"Jan Shivers"

I use a monoclonal against Coronavirus for TGE detection. The antibody
(FIPV3-70) is purchased from Custom Monoclonals, Int., and is made against
Feline Coronavirus (FIP virus), but it cross-reacts with swine TGE virus.

The protocol requires heat-induced antigen retrieval (microwave pretreatment
for 10 minutes in citrate buffer used here); primary antibody at 1:100 for
45 minutes; EnVision+/Ms-HRP detection reagent for 30 minutes; AEC chromogen
for 15 minutes.

Custom Monoclonal Int. information:  website -; email -; 813 Harbor Blvd. #284, W. Sacramento, CA 95691, USA;
