RE: [Histonet] Cresyl echt violet acetate vs Cresyl violet acetate

From:"GUTIERREZ, JUAN"

We buy the solution already made up from Polyscientific. Saves time in this overworked, underpaid world of histology, and the pathologists love the way it looks. In my book it's a win win situation.

Subject: [Histonet] Cresyl echt violet acetate vs Cresyl violet acetate

Hello histonetters,

My question is: Is there a difference in cresyl echt violet acetate and
cresyl violet acetate ? And what do you out there use for the Luxol Fast
Blue procedure ? I have cresyl violet acetate but can't seem to find cresyl
echt violet acetate anywhere to order it. Please help!

Thank You,

Ruth Cazares
