Welcome to the club of unsatisfied CD52-users! I have discussed this problem
quite often with other pathologists, as far as I know the results are VERY,
VERY unpredictable. Tonsil as coontrol is okay, but if you use EDTA
decalcified bone marrow trephines (what you normally want to do in a case of
CLL, I presume), the things are getting even worse, with bright staining of
almost all nuclei in the BM, excluding only some osteoblasts...
