Hi, anyone out there using S100A6 on human tissue? If so, would you mind
giving me some tips for getting to work on paraffin embedded tissue? We've
tried many pretreatments, titers. So far, nothing working. Ugh!. Of course,
we have one article that touts it working in paraffin. Thanks for the help.
